Grind all the dry fruits and make a powder( not very fine)
Massure the dry fruits powder and Take sugar just half of it or as per taste
Take a pan put sugar and just half water of sugar and make one string(xhashni)
Now add dryfruit powder,milkpowder,doodh masala,ghee and mix properly
Continious stir the burffi till it reduce the side
Take a plate grease it
Turn the burffi into greased plate.
Let them cool and cut it into burffi shape
Store in airtight container or in fridge
